Sample Applications:

	*Tube Benders* These machines require extremely tight coordination between the servo axes (15-27 axes) and machine control (high number of I/O). Combining the machine and motion control capabilities into a single platform simplifies this task.

*Winding Equipment* Insert, drift and assembly processes again require the combination of the complex machine and motion control issues into a single platform.

	*Synchronous Press* *Transfer* The ability to slave the press transfer servos to the position of the press is key in this application. The result is fast and accurate transfers while dynamically adjusting the speed of the transfer to the position and speed of the press.

*Trim Press* Servo feed system integrated with high speed registration input for on-the-fly positioning based on the actual material location. The result is fast and accurate part positioning into trim dies.

	Thermoforming These complex plastic forming machines may have high speed servo driven form and trim stations that start based on the precise position of the index. The result is more parts per hour by combining I/O, multiple oven zone temperature control, and servo control into a single control platform.

*Press Feeds* These are relatively simple machines that may have some complex feed options that include slaving the material feed to the angle of the press, zig-zag feeding, programmable limit switch (PLS) outputs, and more.
